Your prepaid balance stays on your account indefinitely — no monthly pressure to use it up.
Subscription fees
Monthly plans are non-refundable after the billing period starts. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the period ends.
Unused PAYG balance
Refunds on unused balance are not available, as balance does not expire and can be used at any time. Billing errors are always corrected.
Receipts & invoices
Stripe sends an automatic receipt to your email after every payment. Subscription invoices include any overage charges for that month.
